Like a good big brother The information below has been extracted from the Vongola 77 fan book which has a profile for every character and their relationships as well as important events up to the Ten Years Later Arc. Therefore the information covered is based upon Ryohei prior to the Ten Years Later Arc.
Ryohei was born on August 26th and is currently 15 years of age, making him the (assumed, Hibari's age is unknown) second oldest of the guardians, being younger than Mukuro by two and a half months. His late August birthday makes him a Virgo. Ryohei's blood type is A. Which according to Japanese Blood type Personality Profiling makes him "Type A's are outwardly calm, they have such high standards (perfectionists) that they tend to be balls of nerves on the inside. Type A's are the most artistic of the blood groups. They can be shy, are conscientious, trustworthy, and sensitive" which is actually the exact opposite of his personality. Ryohei stands at 168cm (5'5'') tall and weighs 59kg (130lbs). This means he's the same height as Gokudera and closest in weight to Hibari (he weighs less than the much taller Yamamoto and Mukuro. Ryohei claims his favorite sport is EXTREME!!! boxing. His hobbies are EXTREME!!! training for his EXTREME!!! boxing. His motto is EXTREME!!! and he hates laziness to the EXTREME!!! All the extreme-ness is actually in his profile. Making it look either hardcore or ridiculous.
The guidebook also adds comments made by other characters in the profile section. Ryohei has two comments in his, the first being from Hibari who claims Ryohei is one of "too many small animals congregating" among a group including Tsuna, Gokudera, and Yamamoto. Lussuria comments on Ryohei's "Nice Body".
