Like a lawn mower head. Ryohei is called lawn head by Gokudera, because of his short hair which makes his hair look like newly mowed lawn. This is the only really weird nickname Ryohei is called but it pretty much describes his appearance to a point. Throughout the series Ryohei's appearance and outfit almost never changes, unlike other characters such as Gokudera and Yamamoto.
Ryohei is always seen with bandages on his hands. This is common among boxers, and being a boxer, Ryohei always wears them. They protect the fragile bones joints from light harm and prevents strain and twisting in the joints. They also provide padding against possible friction injury to the skin's surface which could later lead to infection. Pretty much all boxers wear bandages and for the EXTREME! Ryohei, this is not optional.
Ryohei also has a bandage over his nose. The reason why he is always wearing it is unknown however, he continues to wear it in the the Future Arc, however from time to time (such as during important battles) he'll forget to wear it and pretty much forget about the whole thing entirely, his forgetful nature makes him carry memos in the future. Ryohei also has a prominent scar over his left eyebrow which was left from when he and Kyoko were in grade school. Ryohei beat up some high school students who attacked them, but ended up with his scar.
Ryohei's clothing is simple and not detailed in the least. He wears the short sleeved button up shirt (and sometimes a long sleeved sweater vest) during school. He wears sweats when he's out training or otherwise running around and he takes off his shirt and wears slacks or shorts while boxing. While in the future he's always wearing his suit, complete with orange button up shirt for extra obnoxious color, even when he's fighting.
