Katekyoushi Hitman Reborn! (Home Tutor Hitman Reborn!) is a 260+ chapter manga by Akira Amano. It is currently running in each weekly issue of Japan's Weekly Shonen Jump (Weekly Jump or Jump for short). The story revolves around a below average junior high school student Sawada "No Good" Tsunayoshi often called Tsuna, a boy who recently learned he was to become the next boss of one of the most powerful families in the Italian Mafia, the Vongola. The series only gets crazier when the one who’s going to prepare him to fill this role is an infant hitman named Reborn.

Tsuna spends a fair about of the first ten volumes building up a family based around his friends from school and various mafia members who came to antagonize, visit him, or possibly both. Tsuna, will have a lot of work to do if he plans on surviving in the mafia, but he’s not alone. His family is always willing to help out, even if their particular ‘help’ sometimes does more harm than good. Between dying wills, secret bullets, family rings, and more madness, this series will not disappoint.

There are currently 26 volumes in the series (as of 11/15/09) and it shows no signs of stopping any time soon. So far there have been three arcs and it is unknown how many, if any more arcs will occur before the conclusion of the series.
